Description :
  • Conduct requirements gathering workshops and lead the solution design process jointly with customers, partners and MuleSoft experts

  • Contribute subject matter expertise to effort estimation and SOW development

  • Articulate recommendations through compelling presentations and architectural blueprint documents to a variety of audiences, including client Business management and experienced IT architects. Lead technical teams through complex, multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance

  • Work with customers to create and influence proper standards for development, governance and operational life cycle

  • Identify ongoing risks and pain points throughout the project, develop and implement mitigation measures

  • Capture project lessons and convert them into architectural best practices applicable to the broader install base; mentor and coach the internal team through internal training sessions

  • Provide constructive feedback and requirements towards the product team

  • Mentor and train the internal team on design and architecture best practices

  • Improve internal processes, and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence

  • Participate in the continuous improvement of MuleSoft & digital integration services by leading internal work groups and design sessions with clients and across the firm

  • Work on RFP, RFI responses, Sales presentations

  • Develop integration services with MuleSoft and provide hand-ons help to team members during delivery of project

Requirements :
  • Hands-on experience in MuleSoft and working as a Solution Architect or related capacity

  • Technical pre-sales or technical sales experience with large and complex clients

  • Experience delivering in waterfall, scrum, agile, and other methodologies

  • Experience designing public and private enterprise secure services using RAML, REST based APIs, GraphQL, etc.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent will be an asset

  • Relevant certifications such as MCD, MCIA, & MCPA in MuleSoft

  • Solid understanding of the API life cycle, solution architecture, technical documentation, including logical and physical architecture, and systems design artifacts

  • Good understanding of integration architecture concepts and patterns, including Microservices, Service Oriented Architecture, Batch Integration, RESTful JSON services, Pub / Sub etc. including Event Driven Architecture

  • Solid technical knowledge and ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business

  • Testing suites like JMeter, Postman, SoapUI is a must

  • CI/CD process understanding & tools such as Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, Artifactory, Git, Jira, Azure DevOps

  • Strong analytical, conceptual, oral and written communication skills, including technical writing and developing business presentations and power user training materials

  • Ability to solve problems spanning multiple environments in a business area

  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives

  • When applying to a Quebec based opportunity, fluency in French is required. Outside of Quebec, fluency in French is an asset
